Job Description

The Inbound Sales Executive position is a consultative, professional sales role within our software sales department. Individuals in this position are primarily responsible for selling our credit bureau software. Sales Executives are also responsible for learning a customer’s needs and making recommendations designed to meet and exceed expectations while maximizing revenue for iSoftpull.


  • Conduct proactive “consultative needs analysis” with new and existing clients
  • Present solutions and close business on screen share
  • Become an expert in all ACS products, services and packages in order to support the needs of our customers
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and update the company’s CRM on a regular basis
  • Follow up with new leads, presentations, and pending contracts on a daily basis
  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to online inquires, covering a full range of ACS services, including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transactions. Calls must be handled in a timely and professional manner and according to company policies and procedures
  • Achieve all sales standards set for the department by following the established departmental policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and can communicate them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity.
  • Provide quality customer service over the phone, including information regarding products and services, billing, collections and other types of inquiries
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully and upsell in accordance with established guidelines
  • Hit monthly sales goals on a consistent basis
  • Assist install department with any outstanding compliance items in order to get the deal activated and “clicking”

  • Past Sales Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Experience With B2B Software Sales a Plus
